To help families with their transition to parenthood, I provide weekly support groups. Here
you will be able to connect with other mothers, share information and support , and learn
more about parenting a new baby. Each week we cover a different topic of interest to new
parents.
I offer three different weekly classes:

For birth to four months: view schedule
Class meets Monday afternoons from 1 to 2:30pm

Class meets Tuesday mornings from 11:30am to 1pm
